MEDICALBOARD was chosen to bring the company’s Key Opinion Leader situation to the next level. After identifying and liaising with potential KOLs, MEDICALBOARD set up a database and developed different activities resulting in mutual benefits for all stakeholders. We advised our client on the right frequency of communication with their KOLs and kicked off approved community events to support their interaction.
We identified potential KOLs in different markets, interviewed them and defined joint measures to move forward. As a result, a significant pool of influencers was created enabling peer-to-peer communication and resulting in a positive impact on the company’s development.
